COMMON CRITERIA APPLICABLE ON ALL STREAMS
Following are some common eligibility criteria that everyone must fulfil to start the Visa application journey.
- Each stream requires the applicant to achieve 65 points under points tested criteria. Please contact Brilliant Migration Club to help you calculate your points.
- You must be under 55 years of age. In some cases, the sponsoring state may accept the application for applicants over 55 years if the business plan is considered as an exceptional business that could benefit the sponsoring state.
- All funds and/or assets to be used in support of the application are lawfully acquired, earned by the applicant and the sources of funds can be proven.
- The applicant or his/her spouse do not have any adverse business history e.g not declared bankruptcy in the last five years or bearing heavy losses in recent years.

Every applicant has to apply for Expression of Interest (EOI) to respective selected state. Final Visa Application
